Lifting and rotating device as turnover device

At the end of 2008, HYWEMA® delivered a tool-changing car and a tool-separating- and assembling station to an Italian blacksmithing company. The tool-changing car allows the customer to remove and to charge 30 ton heavy tools from a blacksmithing-press. The tool-changing car drives on rails, frontal to the press and locks itself electromechanically, for the tool acception. The pushing- and pulling unit, above the changing area, drives forward and locks itself also electro-mechanically with the tools base. The pushing- pulling unit pulls the whole tool to the tool changing car in its end position. The tool can now be driven away with the tool changing car to the tool removal. The new preheated tool can now be added to the press in the reverted sequence. In addition a tool separating- and assembling station was delivered. It is able to lift up the top of the tool with a maximum load of 15 to. After this it is rotated by 180° and put down on the tool changing car. Therefore our customer provided a tool transport vehicle that is able to bring in the separating- and assembly station with the complete tool on rails. If the required position is reached, the vehicle will be automatically locked. The tool acceptances, which are controlled by speed sensors, can now drive to the required locking position. The locking bolts are manually positioned on the tools top. In addition, they are electrically guarded. If all locking bolts are in its right position, the stroke movement will be released. If a certain height is reached, the transporting vehicle will be unlocked and moved forward. It will then be locked again to position the tools top beneath the free area. The tools top can now be rotated by 180° and put down on the free area of the transport vehicle. The rehandled assembly of the tool occurs in the reverted sequence.
