HYWEMA® mobile vehicle lifting system for small municipal vehicles

A municipal company near Ingolstadt received a mobile vehicle lifting system type RG 2 HD as well as fork adaptors in an adjusted special construction.

The set consisting of 4 lifts with a total lifting capacity of 8.000 kg lifts up Ladogs, fork lifts and small tractors. The goal was to get those vehicles in an ergonomically working height.

Certainly the small tractors were the difficulty because they have smaller tires on the front axis. The front diameter of the tires is only 430 mm, with a dimension of 18” x 700- 8. Though the tire diameter of the rear axis is 750 mm, with a dimension of 31” x 10.50 R 15 LT. The fork adaptors are only necessary for the front tires. The rear tires can be lifted without fork adaptors with the HYWEMA® mobile vehicle lifting system.

The set can be used flexibly and the whole mobility under the vehicle is guaranteed.
