Array of 6 x 40.000 kg lifting jacks

For the workshop of a track Construction Company from Austria HYWEMA® supplied a set of six lifting jacks type FL/VN 40 with mobile control console.

All lifting jacks are computer-controlled synchronization lifting and lowering by Siemens PLC.

The moveable lifting jacks capacity 40.000 kg each are used mainly for lifting complete track-laying machines for service work and axle exchange.

By screw connection auxiliary adapter on the lifting claw the stroke could be increased again by
300 mm up to 2,700 mm.

The lifting claw is manually adjustable in unloaded condition in a range of max.750 mm.
