Information and technical details for tilting devices

Field of application

HYWEMA® - tilting devices are used everywhere in the manufacturing where containers have to be emptied and decanted or single parts have to be supplied.

Advantage of application

The parts can be sampled by the operator ergonomically in the required height position Times absent will be reduced – seen over the year. Furthermore, the handling of the daily work will be accelerated considerably because reloading is partly possible if the process of sampling has not be ended yet. A further advantege of the tilting device has to be seen in the handling of different containers, depending on the technical interpretation.

Construction

Reasoned, less maintenance screwing-/ welded constrcution. The main parts are accesible easily (underneath unscrewed front plate) and therefore well protected against damage. Even individual interpretation of the construction are realizable.
