Rotating device type DV DUO

Rotating device 6 t  HYWEMA^® lifting equipment developed an electro-mechanical rotating device for a customer in Unterfoehring to overhaul fluid- and diesel engines of the V8 – V16 class.  A 3.500 mm long frame is bound between two rotating device stands, dowelled on the floor. The space of the side member to accept the engines is 570 mm, so that the accessibility is also granted beneath.  The customer can safely attach heavy engines up to 5 t and rotate them up to 360° in every state. The rotating process occurs with two externally toothed rotary joints and gear brake engines. The rotary axis is arranged that only an eccentric load distribution can occur while rotating.
