HYWEMA® delivered two lifting jacks for the permanent use outside with a capacity of 4 x 25.000 kg each lift. Due to the weather influences, the devices had to be equipped with special controls. Those controls are equipped with a special air-conditioning technology that can be used in a temperature area of -30° till +60° without problems. The devices match the technical requirements and guidelines of the customer and are over dimensioned, with abdication of a self working overload protection. Freight wagons for all relevant tasks can be lifted with the lifting jacks. To achieve those requirements, it was necessary to equip them with a starting stroke of 250mm, a lifting nose clearance of 400mm and an effective stroke of 2.350 mm, as well as the control function vehicle adjustment. The lifting and lowering can therefore occur in two speed levels. This allows and accurate working for the operator. For the best illumination of the working area, the lifts were equipped with a flexible panel light. To achieve the different lifting points of all vehicle types, the lifting jacks can be driven on an on site rail electro-mechanical. The wiring of the lifting set occurs over a self-made steel construction with a height of 6 meter. The feed lines (e.g. blast) are also integrated in that construction.
