HYWEMA® delivered a lifting jack set consisting of 16 lifts with a total capacity of 128.000 kg for the lifting of max. four-part coupled subways. Since the vehicles, in lifted state, are processed with a wheel changing machine type Mobiturn, we had to take care of the unwanted contours in the area of the lifting jack chassis. Based on the structural engineering requirements in the workshop Friedrichsfelde, the lifting jack had to be equipped with a space-saving, electrically guarded and handhydraulically chassis. The chassis wheels have to be fixed in a 90° position. Therefore each lifting jack can be individually positioned, also when different vehicles have to be lifted. The manual movable load nose can contact the lifting point after the occurred positioning.
The control concept is a new development of HYWEMA® and is based on a bus wiringsystem for four autarkic working lifting jack groups, that are interconnected for the operating. The central control desk with dialog control, touch-screen-function, signal lamps, plain text- and status display is additionally equipped for the remote diagnosis. Software updates and system checks can be performed within minutes with an online connection. For a safety maximum, the lifting set is equipped with a self-acting overload protection, that turns off the set by reaching 110% of the load.
