Data processing is used for contract initiation, contract implementation and contract processing. Processing your data is according to article 6(1)(b) EU-GDPR mandatory to fulfil a contract. In addition, article 6(1)(f) applies to the safeguarding of the legitimate interest.

- Telephone number (landline and/or mobile number)
- as well as further data if necessary, which are necessary to execute the contract.

If necessary, your personal data may be disclosed within the HYWEMA Josef Schwahlen GmbH & Co. KG. Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Duration of the data retention:
After ending the contractual relationship, the data is going to be saved according to article 6(1) page 1 lit. c EU-GDPR due to tax and commercial retention period and documentation obligation or if you have consented to a saving beyond article 6(1) page 1 lit. c EU-GDPR.
