Array of 12 x 5.000 kg Lifting Jacks
HYWEMA® delivered a set of 12 mobile lifting jacks type FL/N 5 with movable control desk for the production of railway vehicles in Austria.

The lifting jacks have a capacity of 5,000 kg each and are used for the finishing of the up to 35m long Ultra-Low Floor tram ULF. As common by many low-floor systems, the ULF is also lifted on bolts in the bodyshell. The lifting claws of the jacks were equipped according to the bolts with a removable special adapter on customer requirements. The entire system is equipped with permanent load monitoring and computer controlled synchronous run control by Siemens PLC type S7. The LC-display at the control desk shows all relevant data to supervision the complete system. For an easier handling, the touch screen reports advices for handling or troubleshooting.
