Track Paver Column Lift

This HYWEMA^® - Mobile Column Lift set with cross-beams is able to lift up track pavers of different sizes for maintenance- and repairing processes. The challenge was to find the correct lifting points. Another difficulty was the different load sharing of 1/2 to 2/3. With two cross-beams in special construction with partial removable acceptance, the track paver is directly lifted at the base frame. Die connection of the cross-beam system is established by the standard lifting fork of the mobile vehicle lifts. With the standard lifting fork, vehicles in with normal tire sizes until R22,5 e.g. trucks and wheel loaders can be lifted directly.
